Frequently Asked Questions

Doesn't a travel agent cost extra?

Nope! You pay the exact same price for your vacation package through me that you would if you booked it yourself. In fact, I'll likely be able to SAVE you money on your trip. My agent commission is paid out by suppliers like Disney and Universal. Never you.

Why would I use an agent when I can just go online and book a trip myself?

That's a great question because anyone can book a vacation package online! A Disney (and/or Universal) Parks trip can have many quirks and countless intertwined decisions:

  • Duration

  • Resort accommodations

  • Ticket type

  • Transportation

  • Park reservations

  • Dining reservations

  • Experience reservations

  • Itinerary

  • Genie+, Individual Lightning Lanes and Virtual Queues

As an agent, I will propose a custom plan based on the wants and needs of your unique travel party. I'll give you all the info you need and nothing you don't, relieving you of decision fatigue so you can just enjoy your trip!

Can't I just look up Disney tips and tricks online to figure this out myself?

You absolutely can! And if you (like me) genuinely enjoy keeping up with the latest Disney and Universal news across blogs, YouTube and social media, I encourage you to do so! I'm here to help people who don't want to spend hours digging into all the necessary details to plan an informed trip. There's a lot to research, and I've already done that work!

Still not sure? Let's have an instant chat!

Do you only book Disney World trips?

Not exclusively! I am trained and authorized to book trips for all Disney Destinations (Walt Disney World in Florida, Disneyland in California, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani: A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii, and more) as well as Universal Theme Parks (Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood).

While my specialty is theme parks, I have resources to book just about any kind of trip you can imagine.

Do you have a standard trip schedule I can look at?

I don't believe one-trip-fits-all when it comes to a Disney/Universal vacation. I consider many variables when I'm putting together a custom park plan: number of travelers, ages, thrill thresholds, mobility needs, budget, favorite movies/characters, and more! All of these factors contribute to a unique schedule built for you.

If you make commission on my vacation, aren't you just going to push me to book extra things and stay at an expensive resort?

No way! The smartest business decision I can make is booking the right trip for you. That means listening to your specific wants and needs and crafting a plan to meet them while sticking to the budget you're comfortable with! The most important thing is that you are satisfied with your vacation so you want to recommend me to friends and family.
